Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping is available upon request. Please call or text (251)928-8172.
- Local Pickup: Available at checkout (no cost)
- Local Delivery: Please allow up to 3 business days for local delivery depending on distance ($5 charge). You will be contacted via call or text to arrange a delivery time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
